TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICE

  • Pricing of the Products shall be as stipulated in the official price lists published by Notebook Shop at the date of placement of orders by Customer.
  • In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing of product information received from our suppliers, Notebook Shop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Notebook Shop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card is charged. If your order has already been charged and your order is canceled, Notebook Shop shall issue a credit to you in the amount of the charge.
  • Due to the fluctuation in this industry, prices on Products are subject to change and we cannot offer price protection on these Products in the event prices rise or fall.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Your orders will be processed daily from Monday to Friday (Business Day). The cut-off time for order processing is 3 pm for each business day. Orders placed on weekend or public holidays (Malaysia) will be processed on the following business day.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • If you wish to cancel your order, request have to be made within the same day as per the date of order made, please call us immediately at +603 2166 6488 or submit the Contact Us form to us by quoting your Order Reference Number. However cancellation is NOT allowed after your payment has been made.
  • Orders will be deemed as VOID if you do not make any payment within 3 days after you have received our invoice.

DELIVERY

  • Your order is thoroughly reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, payment method is valid and you are authorised to use the payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review, it is sent to our office to arrange for shipment.
  • If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, it will not be shipped until we process the back ordered inventory.
  • Total time for delivery is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorisation, order processing and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock item.
